This system manages and controls all sub-systems in a building by all IPv6 intelligent terminals and IPv6 intelligent controllers. It is scalable, operable and manageable. It can combine with Visual Surveillance System, which is ready for the large-scale deployment.

In cooperation with China Netcom, BII will serve for 2008 Olympic Games.
